Understanding Conflict Management
I recently had the pleasure of a lengthy conversation with John Hobson (photo).
Apart from the fact that he is a really interesting person with amazing insight, he understands conflict and how it can be resolved effectively in a positive and beneficial way.
I should think many of you have worked in an organisation where conflict of some shape or form has been evident. Sometimes conflict can be resolved quickly on the surface, but what lies beneath, the source, is where John puts his great skills to work.
John Says: "I have had direct experience of the immense damage that can be caused
by conflict - and the great potential for achieving its lasting
resolution. I am convinced that conflicts, both internal and external,
in relationships and in business, are huge sources of wasted energy and
major reasons why the potential of individuals, relationships and
organisations are not realised.
By resolving them, individuals and businesses can achieve a direct and
observable release of energy, reduction in stress and improved purpose,
focus and vision."
If you want further insight into conflict then I highly recommend you read Johns free report:-
Website : www.businessconflictsolutions.com (Free Report on 'Five Sources of Conflict in Your Business')
John explains the sources of conflict clearly and although his report is focused on 'your business', I found that I could relate the content to a few experiences I had around conflict when I was in the position of 'employee' some years ago. So I think it could hold some insight for you whether you are in business or are an employee.
success and a conflict free life
